Pointe Claire Industrial

Olymbec built six properties with 315,353 sq.ft. of Class “A” Industrial Space in our Des Sources Industrial Park. We continue to add to this site.

333 Decarie

We are especially proud of our new head office building in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. This 100,000 sq.ft. Class “A” Office building has been fully leased from the start and incorporates state-of-the-art energy management features.

Habitations Viagère

Olymbec built and sold 231 condominium units in Saint-Thérèse over the past six years.

Residential Construction

Olymbec has constructed over 365 residential apartments over the last five years and continues to be active in this sector.

Southam Lofts Condominium

This eighty unit original loft condominium restoration project is presently under construction. It is well located in downtown Montreal adjacent to the Quartier International, The Montreal Convention Center and the Quartier de Festivities.
